When I first started the course, I felt like "I already know this stuff" because I have some knowledge of Pinterest. But man, was there so much more to learn!     If you are new to Pinterest, this course is exactly what you need. It will walk you through the basics of setting up your account and there are explicit tutorials for everything (from how to make boards to how to make video pins). However, this course is also suitable for those who have been on Pinterest longer. Even if you already know how to make a pin, do you know how to understand your analytics? Do you know how to promote pins? Do you have a solid pinning strategy?

  • How do I know this course is for me?

    If you feel overwhelmed at the thought of Pinterest marketing, this course is for you. If your pins aren’t getting seen, this course is for you. If you are struggling to get traffic and make sales, this course is for you. If you are feeling frustrated with Pinterest, this course is for you!

  • Do I have to complete this course in a certain amount of time?

    There is no set time frame! You can complete this course at your own pace. All of my courses are self-paced with continuous access!

  • What if I haven’t made my Pinterest account yet? What if I don't have a website?

    It's okay if you haven't made your Pinterest account yet! Module 1 will walk you through getting started. Although it's ideal to have your own website, it's not mandatory for being on Pinterest. I spent many years pinning directly to TPT before I had a website. As of 2024, I've also noticed that my pins linking to TPT are performing well. You can still market on Pinterest even if you don't have your own website.

  • Does this course show me how to use Tailwind? Will I learn about promoted pins?

    Tailwind is discussed in this course. There are lessons and videos to help you understand the basics. Although the main focus of this course is organic pinning, there is an entire module dedicated to promoted pins. So yes, you'll learn how to create Pinterest ads!

  • I’m concerned about investing in a course. How do I know it will be worth it?

    Business is all about investment. You get out what you put in. You can also claim this as a business expense at tax time! When I started Pinterest, there were no courses. I had to spend hours and hours figuring out what to do. I made countless mistakes and then spent more hours going back and fixing them. I wish I'd had all the information I needed in one place! This course has also been created to be content rich, but still affordable. There are lots of courses out there that are double the price and have no relevance to TPT.

  • Will my Pinterest improve after taking this course?

    If you complete this course in its entirety and implement the advice given, then you will start creating better quality pins and your traffic will improve. However, there is no such thing as ‘overnight success’ on Pinterest. If you are brand new to Pinterest, it can take a few months for your account to take off. Even when you are more experienced, a new pin can take a while to gain traction. Pinterest is a long game. That’s why it’s important to get it right the first time.

  • Pinterest changes all the time. Will this course be updated?

    Yes! I have updated this course countless times since it launched. Whenever there are new changes in the Pinterest world, I update the course and make posts in the Facebook group too. The best news? I try strategies on my own account and share what is working! I'm an active TPT seller with an active Pinterest account for my store. I give advice that is effective and up to date.

  • Can I find this information for free?

    I hate to say it, but there is some terrible advice out there about Pinterest. From excessive re-pinning and pinning parties, through to thinking that deleting pins is a good idea. I’ve recently heard of sellers making 20 pins per product or making pins every single day. Yikes! This course is the complete opposite. I’m all about realistic and achievable pinning and I give you all the tips that you need. You can string together a bunch of people’s strategies, implement bad advice, spend hours googling (while getting frustrated), or even just 'wing it'. But here’s the thing, at what cost? There's nothing worse than wasting your precious time by doing the wrong thing and making no progress. Wouldn’t you rather do it the right way and this course will pay for itself?
